2024 Health Forms Available in Camp InTouch Account

Log in to your camper's Camp InTouch online account to complete the camper health forms required to check in for your session. Your profile must be complete by May 15, 2024 with the exception of the Health Provider form for insurance reasons. Please contact Erika in the office with any questions.

Tuition Balance Due in Full
