Log in to your camper's Camp InTouch online account to complete the camper health forms required to check in for your session. Your profile must be complete by May 15, 2024 to avoid a fee with the exception of the Health Provider form for insurance reasons. Please contact Erika in the office with any questions.
Health forms and all Camp InTouch profile forms are due no later than May 15, 2024. Please inform the Director if your camper cannot complete the Health Provider form until after this date due to insurance or scheduling issues.
