A deposit of $300 will secure your camper a spot in a session or you may choose to pay in full at the time of registration. All balances are due no later than April 1st. All health forms are due no later than May 15th.

Available Discounts and Financial Aid
Camp Carysbrook is also proud to offer financial aid in a variety of ways.
Host a Home Recruiting Show This involves arranging a convenient date and time with the Carysbrook office, inviting prospective campers to your home and providing minimal refreshments. An administrative staff person will come, show the slides of camp and answer any questions the prospective campers and their parents might have. A minimum of 5 prospective camper families is desired. If any of the prospective campers you invite register and pay for camp, you will automatically be credited with the $100 discount/week described in ‘Refer a Camper’.
Campships are available at a 15% discount on a first come, first serve basis. Campers applying for campships must attend camp for 4 or more weeks. No other discounts apply to campships and the deposit and tuition balance may not be charged to Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Campships allow the camper to assist with her tuition by helping with various camp duties such as table setting and sweeping the dining hall. These duties are assigned to the camper on her first day at camp. Application must be accompanied by a $300 non-refundable deposit. Campship applications will be accepted beginning November 1, 2017.
Scholarships are available at a first come, first serve basis. Campers applying for scholarships must complete the CCAA Scholarship Application and fulfill the CCAA Scholarship Guidelines (see form to right). The deadline for scholarship applications is April 1st.
Sister Discount is available at a 5% discount on tuition for families sending more than one daughter to camp. No other discounts can apply and the discount is offered on tuition only (riding fees, etc are charged at the flat fee).
Deposits (except those on campships) and tuition payments will be refunded until April 1, 2018 and a $150.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Deposits or tuition payments received after April 1 will not be refunded. Riding fees are non-refundable regardless of weather.
Refunds are not made should the camper voluntarily withdraw from camp after arriving or be asked to leave by the Director.
