Payment Information

A deposit of $500 will secure your camper a spot in a 1 Week session/$1000 for a 2+ Week session or you may choose to pay in full at the time of registration. All balances are due no later than April 1st. All health forms are due no later than May 15th. A late fee will apply.

Making Camp Possible for Every Camper

At Camp Carysbrook, we believe every girl deserves the chance to experience the magic of a summer to remember. We’re proud to offer a variety of discounts and financial support options to help families make camp a reality:

Early Bird Discounts – Register by our priority deadlines to lock in reduced rates.
Sibling Discount – Families with more than one camper enrolled receive a multi-child discount.
Scholarships – Need-based scholarships are available to help ensure finances aren’t a barrier through the Camp Carysbrook Alumnae Association, apply here.
Campships – Campers may apply for a Campship by playing the bugle or table-setting at meals to earn partial tuition support.

We encourage families to reach out with questions or to learn more about applying for assistance. Our goal is to work with you so your camper can join us this summer.

Refund Policy

Deadline to voluntarily withdraw your camper is January 31, 2026. Tuition payments minus your deposit and credit card/echeck fees will be refunded if you withdraw on or before January 31, 2026. Contact Erika in the office for more details. No refunds will be given after this date.

Deposits or tuition payments received after January 31 will not be refunded by Camp Carysbrook directly regardless of reason (illness, etc.). Program Protector Travel Insurance is available for additional purchase at the time of registration in the Camp InTouch System. Any refund due to illness or otherwise must be pursued via the Program Protector insurance.

Riding fees are non-refundable regardless of weather.

Refunds are not made should the camper voluntarily withdraw from camp after arriving or be asked to leave by the Director.
