Facilities
Deliberately natural, rustic, simple, and timeless.
We have proudly and deliberately kept our facilities rustic and simple. We want our campers to enjoy the beauty of nature and the serenity of spending time outside.
Our cabins blend into the natural environment as if they had been there forever. They have electricity and approximately 4 bunk beds in each. Since the 1950’s, it has been tradition for campers to write their names on the inside of cabins so they can come back and find them later. Campers love to try to find the oldest name and the perfect place for their own name.
The Bath House, fondly referred to as the Garden House or G-House, is a dorm style bathroom available to both campers and staff equipped with sinks, restrooms, and showers.
This is where campers and staff dine. We pride ourselves on having nutritious home cooked meals. Our meals are served family style and campers and staff sit at tables chosen at random weekly so they can mix and mingle and meet new friends! At the end of meals, the quiet chatter is replaced by singing which is a camp favorite. We also use the Dining Hall for some activities like dance, tumbling and fencing.
We have a beautiful lake in the heart of camp that houses activities like swim lessons, free swim, synchronized swimming and canoeing.
Tucked just down the hill from main camp, the Little River is our go-to for tubing, canoeing, ecology adventures, and all kinds of splashy fun. Since it’s safely away from cabins and main activity areas, you can relax knowing it’s all about the memories—not the flood worries.
